License grant
A limited, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
User-generated content
You are responsible for content you post. You retain ownership; you grant a hosting, display, distribution, promotion, and indexing license for public content.
AI-assisted content
Official Skills Tech AI channels produce labeled, editor-reviewed content. AI assistance for your drafts never auto-publishes.
Prohibited conduct
No impersonation, fake engagement, harassment, illegal content, malware, spam, scraping abuse, or unauthorized reposting.
Handle license and reclamation
Handles are licensed to you for use on the service, not sold or owned by you, and you acquire no property right, trademark right, or expectation of continued use in any handle. Skills Tech reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to reclaim, suspend, rename, release, or reassign any handle, including handles that are reserved or official, inactive or dormant, that impersonate or are confusable with another person, brand, product, or channel, that were obtained in bad faith or by automated means, that infringe a third party's rights, or that we otherwise reasonably determine should be reclaimed to protect the platform, its users, or the public. Where practical we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, an opportunity to choose a replacement handle, but we may reclaim a handle without prior notice where necessary. Reclaiming a handle does not by itself remove or transfer the content you posted under it.
Termination and appeals
Accounts may be restricted or terminated for violations, subject to appeal.
